Yep.. more than twice a year for me. Pretty much monthly. Not the "planning out" type every time, but the "I wish I was dead" random thoughts that pop into my head for no real reason (and this is how I can tell PMDD is coming most of the time.. it's my tell-tale signal).

Every single month... Would have done it if I didn't have my dog and my cats because I can't bear the thought of them having to move to new homes and owners. And, I guess, I would have had I never found a doctor that would believe and understand.

But yes, every month.
