The first 40 pounds were in the first 2 months. There is no way a person gains that much weight normally, but this is what the doctors kept insisting. They tried to make me think I was overeating when I was not. Even if I ate a bucket of bacon fat every day for those 2 months, I wouldn't have gained that much weight.

Now I've sworn off all hormonal birth control. I was on many different types in the past, Ortho Tri-Cyclen, Loestrin, etc. etc. but none of them gave me such horrible side effects. Beware of any of these new generation OCPs.. those with drospirenone.. Yaz, Yasmin, Ocella, etc. etc.

Be wary of anything you put into your body! Shocked
