Brain fog??
So today I've been struggling with brain fog.. or something.
I have no idea what it really is. It might be a hangover from the meclizine I took last night for my vertigo. Whatever it is, I need it to stop so I can function. I'm unable to think clearly. It's like I am stuck right between wakefulness and sleep.. but it is not drowsiness. Does that even make sense?
My upper limbs are weak too, which points to the arthritis/bone spurs in my neck (it usually gives me these kinds of symptoms including vertigo when it is exacerbated). Should I up my dose of Lyrica for a few days until it passes? I need to step away from the computer, that's for sure. I'm also very congested (I'm usually congested but not this bad). I feel like I need oxygen. I think I'll go outside for a bit...

Re: Brain fog??
Oh yes, brain fog I'm sure I saw a foggy brain smiley somewhere but the ones above are pretty appropriate, all of them And I'm really clumsy today. Everything falls out of my hands. Not nice at all. Maybe I should take a walk, oxygen is good.

Yes, the clumsiness! I dropped a few things just today. I get worried when I use the curling iron. lol. I've burned myself on perfectly good days with that thing.
